Interpretation services will be provided for the plenary sessions in English, French, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish (passive) and Hungarian.

 

For the working sessions, interpretation will be provided as follows:

 

Working session 1: English, French, German and Russian

Working session 2: English, French and German

Working session 3: English, French and Russian

 

 

The following European nations' citizens need an entry visa to enter Hungary:

 

Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Georgia, Moldova, Russian Federation, Serbia and Montenegro, Turkey, Ukraine.

National delegations will have to deal with this question themselves, with the assistance of the Council of Europe secretariat and, if needed/appropriate, the Hungarian authorities.

 

 

Travel expenses, insurance and accommodation are borne by the participants.

 

Board and lodging is free of charge for one youth representative per national delegation in the European Youth Centre Budapest during the entire Youth Event and Ministerial Conference
